I have Outlook 365. Often my emails are not sent for a week (I can send emails). I try everything I know, but nothing works. One day I will turn on my computer and Outlook will work again! No explanation hasn’t worked for a week and I’m sick of it. Does anyone know of any other email client I can I use it because Outlook won’t sync, it makes me nervous and wasting my time.

4. Select “Repair”, “Next” and follow the instructions.

5. After completing the repair, try syncing again.

Could you try deleting and adding your profile again?

How to delete a profile

In Outlook, click File> Account Settings> Manage Profiles.

Select Show Profiles.

Select a profile, then click Remove.
