Unfortunately, there is bad news: you are using a volume license for corporate use. Therefore, Microsoft has blocked the key. For this reason, you cannot reactivate Windows.
Since the motherboard does not have a built-in key, you will either need to install Windows cleanly and Using the original key, or purchase a new Pro key.
If the computer has ever been in a repair center, it may have installed a volume license without your knowledge.

You can restart your computer, but it still shows up as not activated. After you have purchased a new key, you can activate Windows. You don’t need to restart your computer after entering a new key. 🙂 🙂
