In some cases, your computer may display an error code indicating Death 3081 blue screen. There can be many reasons that can cause this problem.

We need the actual DMP file because it contains a single record of the sequence of events that caused the failure, which drivers were loaded and what caused them.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO DMP FILES TO DETECT TRENDS AND CONFIRM DIAGNOSTICS.

If you are overclocking (pushing components outside of their design), you should use the default settings, at least until the crash is fixed. If you don’t know what it is is that you probably won’t overclock.

You can get fileDMP files without crashing by booting over the network in safe mode (F8).

If dispersed, stop. (If you don’t know who it is, most likely not.)

So that we can help you with BSOD symptoms on your computer, download the contents of the Windows Minidump folder.

Procedure:

* Copy the contents of Windows Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your computer.

* Compress (compress) a copy

* Upload them to a file sharing service such as Skydrive or Rapidshare and include a link to them in your reply.

Download the link below.

How to make sure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, type: sysdm.cpl in the search box and press Enter.

* On the Advanced tab, click the Startup and Recovery Options … button

* Make sure Auto Restart is unchecked.

* Under the heading Record Debug Information, select Small Memory Dump (256KB) from the drop-down list (256KB range).

* Make sure the small dump directory is listed as% systemroot% Minidump.

* Ok, this is your way.

* Reboot if changes were made.

Also run MSinfo32 and download the result.

To start MSinfo32, select Start> Run> MSinfo32

Go to File, Save and load the file saved with DMPS

The system specifications are extremely helpful. Please include everything you know.

Blue screen views and broken people are often mistaken and should only be used in an emergency …

Hi Zigzag3143,

Thanks for your reply. Copied everything to a file on skydrive:

https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=E0821AC0DFE73C27!449

or

http://sdrv.ms/1cwJkoJ

I was not in safe mode.

The file contains system information, driver view and 3 minidumps. Yesterday’s disappeared, it was: 110113-27612-0.1dmp.

BSOD only started after I changed my antivirus software to Bitdefender.

I posted the skydrive file, so I don’t know why after I copy and paste the link, there is no line at the bottom and you can click on it directly.

As I said, I’m not a geek!

Thank you

Tracy
