Thank you for the information you shared. As for the details, what we now know is enough. However, there are a few more things we can do to fix this problem:

1) Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals.

Type “troubleshoot” in Cortana’s search box> left click the result>Hardware and Sound> Open Hardware and Peripherals and follow the instructions on the screen.

2) Restart the Bluetooth support service.

Press Windows Key R and type services.msc. Also inThe Services window will open. Search for bluetooth restart support> right click>Start over.

Right click again, select Properties and make sureStartup type is automatic.

Then restart boot your computer and check if the wireless keyboard and mouse are working.
