Hello Soverinvi,

The problem seems to be that the downloaded file is corrupted. To be able to better support you in your process, I would like to know the following:

  • Confirm which version is currently installed on your device. To check, do the following:
  1. Press Windows Key R, then type winver.
  2. Click OK.
  • Are you using third party antivirus software? If so, try disabling it and installing DirectX in June 2010.

Until then, we recommend running the System File Checker tool. It is a Windows utility that allows users to scan Windows system files for corruption and restore corrupted files. Follow these steps:

1. Click the Start button, type Command Prompt, right-click it and selectRun as administrator.

2. Enter the following command:

sfc / scannow (note the space between “sfc” and “/”).

I look forward to your reply.

Greetings.

Thanks, that they sent me a screenshot. Try to run the installer as an administrator. Some reported that disabling UAC also helped them successfully install the DirectX End User Runtime (June 2010). You can refer Follow these steps to disable User Account Control before installing DirectX in June 2010

1. Click “Start” and find “Change User Account Control Settings”.

2. Move the cursor to Never Notify.

3. Click OK to save your changes.

I hope for a quick reply.

Greetings.
