Your organization may not allow home folders or their rules. Check with your administrator that you are on the right track. If your institution allows and supports the use of public folders, but doesn’t already have a highest numbered public folder, contact your Exchange administrator to start creating one.
When the most popular folder is available, just press Ctrl + 6 to display it and its contents in the Outlook folders pane.

Press Ctrl+6 to display public folders in that particular folder pane.
Important! If you don’t need to see the Shared Folders section for the folders panel, contact your Home Exchange mail administrator. You have to set them up yourself.
Press Right-click on “Shared Folders”, then select “New Folder”.
