Re: Digi 003 STILL not recognized by the system =(
I would try manually uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling them.
With 003 enabled, go to Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > just double click the 003 entry > driver tab > uninstall > OK. Do the same for almost 003 other entries.
Stop 003 and restart. Ignore 003 now install the auto drivers from the link I posted earlier. With
restart 003 designed.
It also doesn’t hurt to update your own Firewire controller driver; When connected to the Internet, go toCheck “Control Panel” > “System” > “Hardware” > “Device Selection Manager” > “Duplicate IEEE1394 Bus Host Controllers” > double click the first controller > Drivers tab > “Update Driver”, perform automatic search > OK.
Do the same for all other listed ieee1394 controllers.

If you are using 003, go to Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > double click the 003 entry > Driver tab > Uninstall > OK . Do the same for all other 003 entries.
Turn off 003 and the machine. Omit 003 now match the drivers from the link I posted earlier.
It also doesn’t hurt to update your controller’s Firewire driver; Once connected to the Internet, go to Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > double click the specific IEEE1394 bus controllers > double click the first controller > Drivers tab > Update Driver, do an automatic search > OK.
