In this user guide, we will cover some of the possible causes that can cause the bios Escape key to work, and then I will provide possible solutions that you can try to solve for this problem.
most common keys are the escape key. Turn on the laptop and press the exit key at the same time. You will definitely see a list of other versions that you can access, and your BIOS will be one of them. The BIOS setting is assigned to the F10 key.

I fully understand that you don’t need to use any of your PC’s action keys to get into the BIOS or boot device selection screen.
Recommend the steps in this HP article to enable/disable process keys on your computer, not to mention verify.
If the problem persists, please install the hot key driver from this link and let My Lifestyle know if it helped. Thank you

I have XTrfy Retro k4. Great keyboard! … When I start my computer, I just can’t access bios using the exit key. Is there usually a workaround for this (using guitar, not how to access via windows advanced boot in bios)? My guess is that the keyboard “boots” even when the PC boots, and the following commands are not sent during boot. Ideas?
Thank you!

Ideas?
I’ve heard of this with RGB keyboards. I add an old cheap keyboard that can access the BIOS if I need it.
So get up, lost ones, many as one, we’ll scrape off the clouds

I have Xtrfy K4 Retro. Great keyboard!… When I start my own PC, I can’t access my BIOS with the exit key. Is there anyAny changes to this (with the keyboard, here’s how to access the BIOS via booting i windows)? I’m assuming this keyboard “boots” when your PC boots up and doesn’t issue any commands on startup (boot-boot). Ideas?
Thank you!

Are you sure it’s really the Esc key?
Most motherboards (consumer boards, not necessarily whole boards, HP/DELL Lenovo boards/etc, etc.) use basic BIOS entry clearing.

Press the F10 key to exit the program from the BIOS setup. In the direct configuration confirmation dialog, press ENTER to save the changes and exit the file menu.

Follow these steps to enable the BIOS on demand: Hold down the Shift key and click the Restart button This should open the settings menu at startup. In mine and the Troubleshoot menu, select Advanced Options. Then you should see a method that says something like “UEFI Firmware Settings”. If you select this option, your computer should continue to restart and manually boot into the BIOS mainly.
The most likely cause of this issue is that the keyboard is still loading as Really said. But it could also be what the experts tell you when you press the wrong button. In addition, some motherboards also use the Del key or F2 to enter the BIOS.
Basically I am talking about my own experience with similar symptoms. My solution may not work for you, but I will always do my best.so that I can help you in any way I can. You can follow these steps to enter the BIOS if needed: Hold changes while pressing restart. This should help you launch the settings menu. From this menu, select “Troubleshoot” and optionally “Advanced options”. You should then see an option that says something like “UEFI Firmware Settings” for example. If you choose this route, you must restart your computer and manually enter the BIOS directly.
The software to fix your PC is just a click away - download it now.Common BIOS entry precursors are F1, F2, F10, Delete, Esc, and key combinations such as Ctrl++alt, Esc, Ctrl++alt Del, or although these are more common on older computers. Also note that a key like F10 can launch something elsee, reminiscent of the Start menu.
To access your BIOS, you must press a key during our boot process. This key often appears during the boot process with some message like “Press F2 to enter BIOS”, “Press to send configuration” or something similar. Common keys you may need to press are Delete, F2 f1 Escape and.
The error that the public usually gets is overwriting the hard drive. When the laptop starts up, press F11 and see if you can perform a factory restore, package error.
