If you have a Blackberry Storm 9530 memory leak on your system, I hope this guide will help you. When loading a 16GB Favorite Music MTP page, the device loses memory and therefore stops transferring at ~ 75%. While the device is fully booting, the progress bar will change from 0% to help you ~ 66% instead of showing smooth progress (hint: 66% when needed to 100%, this indicates continuous progress).

Can someone help me find a memory leak? I downloaded a real Storm2 with the same web designs, programs, etc. I had a Storm 9530 and I definitely won’t find my damn memory leak! This OS (5.0.0.320) seems to be so efficient.
Now with Storm (9530) my memory was leaking like a kind of sieve (5.0.0.328) and I would reboot at least 2-3 times a day.
So how exactly did it change????? So there is no memory leak for any type of 9550. My “application memory” is fantastic and is actually +0.9MB on startup…
I know there must be a memory leak somewhere around the main 9550.
Serious question:
I don’t really see a memory leak, but I also know that Storm2 has 256MB flash for OS and Ideas, but only shows 128MB in Status/Meterberry for some storage applications. I doubt that electronics contributed so much to the memory exhaustion problem, so why is Storm2 so stable while the whole Storm was so unstable with leaks?
If anyone can help me figure this out, I’llthank you very much! This blinds my mind! If I could feed steadily on my Storm 9530, I might not upgrade this guy!
Thanks! I LOVE ‘2!!!!!!!!
Well done

I have this Set The Blackberry also only shows 128. This tells me that I will have 103% of the memory, which clearly cannot be. 😛
However, I have never done a reset since it was applied, so it was configurable. Or maybe it’s not quite suitable for 5.0 yet. Who knows.
I’m really curious to know how exactly the memory is so stable. What I mean is that even after installing the app, it disappears and then gradually decreases. I like it.

I wonder why OS5 uses 120MB of bundledmemory, and OS4.5 is 30 MB on the same old 8310 curve.
OS5 is much bigger?????????
