Here are some simple ways that can help you solve the problem of copying reports in the Report Services Wizard.

Report Server Monitoring
You can use the system, and therefore the database tools, to monitor the activity of the reporting system. Analysis Of Problem Reports With Report Data Cached On The Client
When a trusted report author creates a report using Business Intelligence Development Studio, writing through the client saves a useful .rdl.data file as data, which is used when you need a trust report. Every time the request changes, the cache is updated. For debugging report issues, it is also sometimes useful to prevent report data from being reloaded so that our data does not change during debugging.
To specify whether SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) can only use cached data, add the following region to devenv.exe.config in SQL Server Data Tools. Default specific directory location:
When this value is set to 1, only cached report data is used. Be sure to remove this section when you’re done debugging the report.
