This guide has been created to help you if you get an invalid virtual DJ skin file error.
I have been reinstalled countless times and also deleted the submit page as soon as possible as Virtual DJ has started countless times intravenously and I am an administrator with an administrator account on my computer or laptop on Mac OS X 10.6. 4 works and I have a free home version. I heard that this is a great program, but how do I feel about buying something that doesn’t even launch?
Sorry, I don’t have this version for PC, but look in the documents folder for a new folder called “virtual dj”, which should contain a file called “skins”. Citizen, what’s in this file.
The hardest way to fix this method is to simply reinstall

Reinstalled several times, did not fix it.
I have the same problem as I just bought vdj pro 7. I have a Macbook Pro i5 processor running OSX 10.6.5. … ! ! … … It installs but when I open it it suggests “invalid skin file” “xml error” I am playing on friday and need some quick help!

Ok, I just turned on mine. I encountered an “Invalid skin file” error next to the XML file. Here’s what I did:
Go to user / library / preferences to find the com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist music file, delete that file, delete the empty trash, then reopen the virtual jockey disk and it should be you for putting it in your serial number and it should work.

Go to user / library / preferences to see the com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist file where your cart is declared empty, then open Virtual DJ again and it should look for your serial numbers. in and if work t.

You can easily reinstall it more than two times.
Make sure the owners install VirtualDJ when they log in, even if it’s the same user you will be running it under.
NOTE. If you are going to sell, give away or get rid of the same old computer, you need to uninstall VirtualDJ first. You can re-download the software installation file (if needed) from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

It won’t work for me. each other create a file that was supposed to evolve for deletion, but still don’t allow virtual dj 7.0 to open. my friends and I are installing the same user and nothing seems to work. Removing com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist definitely didn’t fix the issue for everyone. Moving. It restores the file, asks for a key and therefore won’t open.
Removing com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist usually solved the problem for me! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

You will indicate where the file is located. Just use Finder to view this location and delete it.
Also, once it appears on this page, you may need to show the library file, which is usually hidden by default in new macOS installations. The following link below links a page with instructions on how to do this.
