Over the past week, some of our users have encountered an error such as the “Access Denied” error. This problem occurs due to a number of factors. We’ll cover them below.

It works great in browsers, Chrome, I will make sure to click on the link and download the PDF to my computer. However, in Internet Explorer 11, I get this error message with the most important facts:

The Access Denied error appears when the browser is using a different proxy setting, perhaps a VPN, instead of what is actually on your Windows 10 PC. Therefore, if a website detects that there is something wrong with it so, cookies from your mobile phone or network are blocked by you and therefore cannot be opened.
Click Manage Add-ons. Under Toolbars and Extensions, select the add-on you want to check if you have any issues. Click Disable, then look at Close. In Internet Explorer, click the refresh icon (or press F5) to restart www. box.com. Then check if the problem is resolved.
