Today’s user guide aims to help you when you get the plugin’s missing codec error.

The codec plug-in required for audio decoding was not found. The sound is not only reproduced. All codecs are added by default if you use the main AllPluginFactories.h file, but this is optional.

Registered Codec Plugin

• Just install a program to access your Windows hard drive. Launch Desktop Tools. You then have the choice between “Installed Codecs” to view the pre-installed codecs on your computer and/or “Analyze File” to find clipped codecs needed to properly play part of the file. Find missing codecs instantly and automatically.

  AllPluginFactories not.h can’t be used (which is fine), but the codec is still stored in the include file (***Factory.h), or the missing library n won’twas easily linked.

  Make sure the file containing the specified codec factory is included in your game’s CPP. Make sure the specific appropriate library is statically linked. To see
