Often, if you wait a few minutes and log back in, you will find that the problem is resolved. If you’ve tried something, the problem has been around for a long time. Please follow these steps:

1. Liven up your work and close all open windows on your desktop.

For Windows 200 and Windows XP: Click the Start button at the bottom of the screen, then click Close on Paper. After clicking the Shut Down button, you will see a helpful field in the center of the drop-down screen asking what you are prompting the computer to do. Select Restart from the list and click OK.

For Windows Vista and Windows, optional: Click the Start button in the lower left corner of your screen. If availableOn the Start menu, click the right arrow to select Shut Down and Restart.

3. After restarting your computer, try logging into MSN Explorer again.

If you still see the real error message, try resetting Internet Explorer.

1. Open Internet Explorer by double-clicking the Internet Explorer icon or selecting it from the menu. At the top of my window, select Tools, then Internet Options. Note. If the Tools menu is not visible, press the Alt key.

2. Click here for instructions on how to remove temporary Internet files and cookies.

3. Select the Security tab and click on the Internet icon (it looks like a globe). Then, if possible, click the Default Level button (sometimes this button is not available; this is uniquely normal).

4. Select the icon for your local intranet, then click the Default Volume button if you can (sometimes this button is not available; again, this is fine).

5. Select the “Advanced” tab, then click the “Restore settings byDefault “(in Internet Explorer 9 and 8, this is the” Restore advanced settings “button). When finished, click OK and enter MSN Explorer again.

Still ready not to log in? There might be a firewall issue on this computer.

1. Look in the right corner of the platform screen next to the clock to see firewall icons representing programs. For tiers, McAfee® users may see a yellow “M”. Norton® users can imagine a yellow circle with a button inside. Try hovering your cursor over the icon right away. When you do, a description will appear that will indicate which symbol each one represents.

2. Right click on the icon of the various software firewalls you can find. When you and your family see Disconnect or Sign Out, click the command. If you see an Enabled option marked on the front panel, click to remove it. You can also use the documentation that came with your valuable firewall for software instructions on how to restrict it.

4. If you are o Discovered and disabled the firewall software in step 2, you need to enable it again now. Right-click the Software Firewall button again and select Enable or check the word Enabled. Reactivation instructions can also be found in the certificate that came with your firewall.
