The most common operating systems, Windows 8, do not support multiple displays for each. It always displays the taskbar, which can only be found on the home screen:

In emulation mode, all taskbars display all unlocked windows, regardless of the monitor on which a particular functional window is located (i.e., in the main taskbar the same set buttons are displayed).
In mixed mode, the main taskbar displays all open windows, although all secondary taskbars contain only similar windows.

Try an accessible dual monitor taskbar that launches the taskbar on every monitor and above. This feature is only available on Windows 8 and above. To implement this feature in Windows 7, families will need a third-party application called DisplayFusion.
The taskbar runs along the bottom edge of the Windows screen. The launch button above the “attached symbols” is located on the left of the taskbar. Open programs are centered (with a border to make them look like buttons). Notifications, the clock, and the Show Desktop button are always on the right.
Right-click on a specific taskbar and select Settings to display Settings> Taskbar Options. Let’s take a look at the options for working with multiple displays that can be found here.
