Since the last Android 10 OS update, I have had an issue where these phones won’t charge unless they are in USB Driven by Device mode, which usually won’t toggle. I would like to try flashing the firmware from the store, as a factory reset did not fix most of the problems.

I tried to download the standard firmware file and use the recovery mode feature to install the SD card, although unfortunately the directory timestamp was older than the current operating system and was therefore rejected during the demotion.

Since I am new to the Android jailbreak world, I am looking for an easy-to-understand solution to install a new stock firmware instead of ROM (not sure what the spec difference is) or, if not, support downloading and reinstalling the existing firmware. Of course the phone is not grounded, the bootloader is unlocked, etc., and I don’t know how to do this yet.

Disclaimer: Before flashing, make sure your whole family has the necessary tools like a ROM. because you can lock your cell phone if it doesn’t work properly.

I found at least 2 xda-developers branches. Before starting, you need to unlock the bootloader.

1. Install the OST tool.
2. Replace the exe file in the eBook files with the patch file you are about to download.
3. Delete the Onlineupdatetoolexe.config file. If the person does not do this, the program will not start correctly.
