You may have encountered an error code in Outlook 2010 that requires you to send attachments to everyone. There are several steps you can take to fix this problem, so we’ll take a look at that now.

The flip side of the answer from Microsoft (or some delegates), that is, MS engineers, decision makers can’t imagine men or women doing anything other than these things while building software. It’s tedious to read Microsoft’s answers to “No options”, “It’s no longer configured that way.” “,” Why, probably, you need to do this? Using a different link to a shared file provides the first two elements, but by no means will everyone (or will) share access with people outside of a particular organization.
So why reproduce everything with attachments? This way you include ALL outgoing parts, securely get the corresponding file, and do not specify the path to your own file store.

Attach Original Message When Replying
When you click Reply in Microsoft Outlook, emotions from the original email message are not automatically carried over to the new message. However, you don’t have to re-attach the deleted music manually, which can be time-consuming when dealing with a lot of attachments. Instead, your site can reply to Outlook send using dedicated Outlook without losing its attachments, add-ons, or including the original reply in your reply. This can significantly speed up your defishing correspondence.
Launch your web browser and test the Reply to All with Attachments Outlook add-in (link in the Resources section).
Click the Download button. A folder named “ReplyAllwithAttachment.zip” should appear in your web browser’s download directory. Open the file; each folder named “ReplyAllwAttach” appears in a new window for a while. Some browsers may direct you directly to ReplyAllwAttach, which is a folder.

Open the “ReplyAllwAttach” folder, then double-click “Setup” to install the exact add-on.
Follow the instructions to accept the terms of use for the add-on. Click Install. The installation process may take several minutes.
Open the email in your Inbox. On the Messages tablet, at the top of the main window, click Custom Actions.
Click Reply All With Attachment. A new message box will open where you and your family can write a response. The original devices should appear in the Attached box.
In Outlook, open the Tools menu and select Options. Click the Settings tab in theOptions”.
Click
for “Mail Options” under the heading “Email”. Click the When Replying to Become a Post drop-down menu, Select from Original Post, and then click OK.
Click OK to close the Truck Options window and return to your Inbox. When you reply to a message, the new message, including all attachments, should see your reply.
