I have installed / uninstalled different programs several times, and the goal constantly arises: “The creator cannot be created! Don’t know when it will help. I’ve tried this fix or update before, but still few errors (same message is displayed). I have a floppy disk to set this mode, and I will not reinstall it. They say you have WinXP. When Microsoft added SP2, many updates were made – not all of them were ideal for ECDC 5. Officially, WinXP SP2 does not support this situation. Some did this when it was time to get started, but not all of them took them into account.
You have Dell, so customers have switched from Dell and services have changed from Dell. Dell’s patch helped a lot to bring WinxP SP2 ECDC and 5 online, but everyone says it doesn’t work for most people. Is there any other software for writing files on this computer? Windows Media Player 7.01 is higher or might kill some ECDCs (and you probably have WinPlayer 9 or 10 with WinXP – WinPlayer 9 won’t fail to reformat your hard drive). Newer versions of realplayer use the same Adaptec recording engine as ECDC 5. When you add RealPlayer 9 or 10, it uses most of the same file information (with different content) and the recording name key (with different information) as in ECDC 3. ECDC 5 may not use files or work. It depends on which one you prefer. If you prefer to keep the ECDC differently, uninstall RealPlayer, clean it up with Roxizap or a “clean uninstall” (uninstalling Microsoft removes parts and parts), then reinstall ECDC.
Keep in mind that there have been no updates for this method since 1999 since April 2003 (other than OEM updates from Dell in your main case). If the ECDC 5 is unable to record another program, it may be time to move on.

Symptom
Incoming Gentran mailbox data is not being sent to the exchange browser.
