Hy. I did a factory restore a few days ago. The first thing I did was go to Microsoft and then I downloaded material for my computer or laptop. My DSL connection is fine. Antivirus software .. then the DSL stopped working .. it works for information for 5 minutes then pauses .. i have to restart this guy .. so .. now i use my antivirus software .. it shows that I have 3 pc, it removed 2 but none were infected, it is WIN32 SILLYDI.AGI it says it is usually infected … so … now I can use my dsl instead of using. .! Please, is there a removal tool that I can download now?

You may need to download HJT to disc from another custom disc and then install it on the computer you purchased.
