Click the Account Settings link, then click Data Files. The paths to your personal folders are displayed in a dialog box on the screen.

Reasons For Missing Outlook Folders
There are a number of reasons why Outlook folders might be missing. The problem can be one of the following:
- Some of your Outlook folders are hidden.
- The folder was accidentally deleted
- Outlook not syncing with server
- The file in the private folder is corrupted.
Automatically Launch The Inbox Repair Tool
Run the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe). Then, in the File Download dialog box, select Open or Run and follow the instructions in the Easy Fix wizard.
After launching the Inbox Repair Tool, go to Step 2 . (Can’t Start Inbox Repair Tool?)

To manually start the Inbox Repair Tool, use Microsoft Windows Explorer to locate one of the folders andDouble-click the Scanpst.exe file.
