Hello,

My name is Angel. I am an independent consultant. Thanks for posting to the Microsoft community.

TryCan’t register Msi.dll manually via Microsoft Register Server
When you install software that uses the msi.dll dependency, it automatically registers the file. In some cases, your DLL file may not be correctly registered. Therefore, the “msi.dll not registered” error occurs. Fortunately, you can use A built-in utility called Microsoft Register Server (Regsvr32.exe) to re-register the msi.dll file.

To re-register msi.dll from an elevated command prompt (Windows 10):

-Click the “Start” button.
-Type “command” in the search box … DO NOT press ENTER yet.
– While holding down the CTRL-Shift key on your keyboard, press the ENTER key.
– You will be prompted to open a permission dialog.
-Click Yes
– Type the following command: regsvr32 / u msi.dll.
-Press Enter. This will invalidate your file registration.
– Type the following command: regsvr32 / i msi.dll.
-Press Enter. This will save your file.
– Close the command prompt window.
-Restart your device.

Let me know how it was
Angel.
