Confirmation Options

On the product control panel, press options in the following order to confirm the paper size:

[SETUP button]> [Administrator Settings (* 1 )]> [Network Menu]> [Mail Server Configuration]

  1. Enter administrator name and password. The default administrator name is “admin” and the default administrator password is “999999”.

  1. Make sure the IP address or hostname of the SMTP server is correct.

  2. Make sure the machine’s e-mail address (sender) is set.

  3. Make sure the following items match the SMTP server you are using.

    • SMTP server port number

    • SMTP Server Authentication Method, SMTP Username, SMTP Password

    • SMTP Encryption

  1. Open your email client (Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, or Windows Mail).
