This is definitely a problem because I can repeat this on any system. You can easily create a task on your Outlook 2007 PC using Pop3 email and schedule it on your Outlook 2007 PC. However, if the second PC accepts the task, it will assign it If it is a third computer, this third computer cannot open it. You receive the error message: This item does not open. The operation failed. ” The task cannot be opened, deleted or accepted. The only way to delete it is to create a new folder and drag and drop it in that folder, then delete the folder. If we appointed There are only tasks for one person, we would have no problems, but, unfortunately, our workflow requires that some tasks be transferred to others.

I tried the service packs, disabled the antivirus software, and made sure all computers had the same operating system with the service packs installed. All security settings are the same on all PCs.
Any help here would be great. Microsoft won’t talk to me until I pay them over $ 200, which pissed me off because we just spent $ 1,800 on software. Is there a way to tell MS that their software is broken without paying for it?

As a side note. Outlook 2002 doesn’t have this problem because half of our employees use it. I have been in situations where I downgraded my operating system to previous versions using my product key. Can I legally run Outlook 2002 with my Outlook 2007 key? At this point, reach for a straw.
