The error may be followed by the following message:
“A fatal error has occurred that requires stopping Adobe Premiere Elements. We will try to save your current project. ”

Important! Always restart your computer after a problem occurs to refresh the memory. Continuing to work without restarting your computer may make the problem worse.
By re-rendering the project timeline, you can identify and resolve issues with specific media or effects in the project. If there is an error or problem while rendering the timeline, fix the tool or effect in the timeline. To render, make sure the selected work area spans the entire timeline and select Render Stage on the timeline pop-up menu.
If you are working with a file that is different from the rest of the material, convert the file to DV AVI format.
- Create an Adobe Premiere Elements project with the same settings as your clip.
- Just import the clip and add it to the timeline / scene.
- Click Export
