Hi Ernest, this is caused by a damaged HP Officejet 6600 software!

Open Control Panel – Programs and Features and uninstall any HP software associated with this printer.

Then go to Control Panel – Printers and Peripherals, right-click that printer and select Uninstall.

Thanks for your reply. I was able to remove the RunDLL error from the printer, but I could not find the Logitech program in the uninstaller. I will send you a screenshot of the error. Any suggestions on how to find and fix this RunDLL error?

Hi Ernest, this particular error is caused by Logitech Download Assistant. Known incompatibility with Windows 10. The best way to do this is to uninstall the updater when Windows 10 starts.

Press Ctrl Shift Esc to open Task Manager.Go to the “Home” tab
Check if the Logitech Download Assistant is thereIf yes, select it and click “Deactivate”.Close Task Manager

Click the Start button, type msconfig and press Enter
When the System Configuration dialog box opens, go to the Services tab
Select the Hide Microsoft Services check box.In the remaining list, uncheck the box if Logitech Download is listed.Assistant.
Click Apply and OK.
Reboot your system and these troubles will go away. … …
