Checking for errors 0x6F: SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
This error check indicates that the Microsoft Windows operating system is not initialized.

Start Windows Explorer and navigate to the C: Windows Minidump folder. Then copy the DMP files to your desktop, compress all DMP files into a zip file, and upload the zip file to your Skydrive [1]. Post a link here so I can see the dumps with the debugger and see the cause of the accident.
