I found a way to view these problematic files / folders. Right click the file / folder —–> Left click Properties ——-> Click the Advanced button at the bottom. —–> Click Change Permissions ——->

Other users besides you? Usually, permissions for other accounts are not granted to other users. Even if you are the administrator of your computer, the system will treat you as a regular user (in terms of file permissions) if you do not. Administrative staff. However, as an administrator, you can change the ownershipdash, and then change the permissions to give other users permissions to other home folders.

Right click the appropriate folder
Select Properties
Select Advanced (I think … the memory will be erased since I am not using Windows 7 at the moment)
Go to the “Owner” tab
Change owner
Select your user

You need to take a step back for the changes to take effect. Then you go back to properties and change the permissions.
