Hello Grahan,

I want to clarify a few points to help you better:

Does this issue occur when opening other Office applications such as Word or Excel, or other Windows applications?

What complete error message appears when I try to open Outlook?

Since you are having trouble opening Outlook, please visit the following link to review the steps and see if the problem occurs:

Thank you.

Aravinda,

Thanks for your reply. Now it seems that this error message is not necessary or necessarily affects MS Outlook or any other Office application. I assumed this was for Outlook because the first app I open Outlook every time I start.

Today was different. I knew my internet service was down and I was not opening Outlook (or any other Office application), but after a few minutes I got the same error message. So I apologize for this misinformation. in The complete error message you requested looks like this:

“winbios.exe has stopped working. Windows closes the program and notifies you when a solution is available Thie “.

Regards,

Graham

Thanks again for your answer. The specified error message suddenly did not appear anymore a few days ago and has not appeared since. I don’t know why this happened, but everything seems to be going well.
