System Restore is a tool built into Windows that periodically writes “restore points” or backups of model and/or user files, so that it is usually possible to restore the system to a previous state that causes errors.< /p>
Normally, Windows automatically creates these types of system restore points before specific events, ie. If none of these events occur, Windows creates a restore point every seven days.

Enable System Restore

If you want to reduce the number of system restores on your system, simply set the slider to a lower percentage. Alternatively, you can click the “Delete” button to delete all current delivery restore points. This allows you not to disable platform protection, but free up disk space when it runs out.
