A.1 Problems And Solutions To Common Single Sign-on Server Errors
If you get this type, you can find out by logging into our Salesforce account and going to Setup > Admin Setupora” > “Security management”. Then click on “Session Settings” and just uncheck “Block sessions by the IP address they actually originate from”, then log out and log back in to Salesforce.

When accessing OracleAS single sign-on fails, a media server “internal error” may occur if the single sign-on server did not start correctly or was unable to connect to the component infrastructure.

If you encounter this, you can probably fix it by logging into your Salesforce Layers and going to Setup > Admin > Security Management Setup. Then just turn off "Session Settings" and fill out the "Block sessions by the IP address they were created from" form where you log in to Salesforce and log out again.
Check the HTTP server error log from (ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log) oracle. If you cannot find Project file found, the server does not delegate the requested authentication to OC4J.
