This user guide is designed to help you get the Windows XP uninstall icons on the taskbar.
To prove
For all icons, enable the Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar option at the bottom of the icon window in the notification area.
To label each icon, select the Always show icons and notifications on some taskbar panels check box at the bottom of the Icons window in the notification area.
Many workouts have an icon in the function bar or notification area, which is located at the far-right corner of the taskbar for easy and relatively quick access and offers progress information or notifications as needed. But none of us realize the meaning usually associated with Systray. - Click the Start button.

- Right -click File Explorer and select New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value (dword versus Windows XP). Enter NoTrayItemsDisplay as the value name. Skip this step if the Windows registry entry NoTrayItemsDisplay is already available. This is an overview of NoTrayItemsDisplay and not NoTrayItemDisplay.
- Double clickthread NoTrayItemsDisplay, set specific value to 1.
Right click any Quick Way icon on the taskbar. Select Detach from taskbar.
- Log out and log back in as before, restart Windows Explorer or restart your computer for the changes to take effect
You can also use the editor for local group policy. a premium Windows theme like Windows ten Pro, make changes to remove the notification area from the taskbar.
- Start preparing the local group editor (GPedit. Msc).
- Add a volume in the left pane and go to Go to Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar.
- In the right pane, click or two Click the master policy to hide the notification area for editing.
- To
- Disable log and continue logging in, restart Explorer, or alternatively restart your computer to perform an effective check.
To disable the notification area, click the toggle button to On.
After setup, all program, system and simple application symbols are hidden. Don’t worry, applications will will continue to work normally, only the icons will be hidden. The only thing left is the clock shown in the figure below.
To re-enable the notification area or status bar text and view it again , just delete this NoTrayItemsDisplay registry key or change its conc details the value for the key is 0. Also, if you suddenly shrink all your models or you cannot find all your models in the system (the trash bin is different from the missing icons in the notification area on the taskbar) find the registration key NoTrayItemsDisplay above and in this place and, if found, install Change the nation value to 0.

- Double click NoTrayItemsDisplay, login and these values will revert to 1.
- Exit and find yourself to the magazineThat is, restart Explorer or the system computer for the policy to take effect.
You can also use the Local Group Policy Editor if you are using newer advanced editions of Windows like Windows 10 Pro to make fine adjustments to remove the notification dot from the system status bar.
- Start the Local Policy Group Editor (GPedit.msc).
- In the forced area, expand the user and navigate to Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar.
- Double-click or double-click the Hide Notification Locale policy in the appropriate field to edit it.

- Log in remotely and log back in to your system browser, or restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

After you have installed everythingprogram and application icons, they must be hidden, not broadcast. Don’t worry, apps will run normally, only these values will be hidden. The only remaining situation is the clock shown in the image below.
To re-enable and re-display the notification area or configuration area, simply change the NoTrayItemsDisplay registry key or change the component value to 0. Also, if you lose or cannot find all your icons in the system (the card holder is different from the missing icons in in the notification area of the chart bar), try searching the NoTrayItemsDisplay registry key above, as well as anywhere, and, if found, find its value equal to 0.

In Windows 7/8, if you remove the icon from the alert window, open the taskbar and start menu Properties> Appearance and Personalization> Taskbar and Start menu. On the taskbar tab, click Customize. Here you can hide the tray icons that we don’t want to see.
