If you are using Microsoft Outlook with a Microsoft Exchange Server account, the communication can be split between people. Sharing contacts is not limited to a specific default contact folder that runs in all Outlook profiles. You create additional contact folders and determine which of these folders to share.
Export/import approach to sharedusing Outlook contacts
Three computers in my home office have three different versions of Outlook installed. The work PC is running Outlook 2003 and has 414 contacts, the whole backup system is using Outlook 2007, only has 42 entries because it is a contact list, the quality and the PC has one install on Outlook 2010 by default with no contacts.
It only took a few minutes to export the workaholic contact form as an Outlook exclusive PST file and import the exact file for PC backup and viewing. export To contacts from Outlook 2003 and 2007, click File > Import and Export. Last year, in Outlook, you clicked > Open File > Import. In all three versions, select “Export to File As”, “Select an action to take” in the Import and Export Wizard, then click Next.
The Outlook address book is stored on the Exchange server, and you often access it when you’re connected to the Exchange server. You also have the option to sync your Outlook address book with your local computer for local access using Offline Folders.
In the “Create a file” section, choose “Define Personal Folders (.pst)” or “Outlook Data (.pst) file” depending on your version of Outlook and click “Next”. Select “Contacts” folder “Select export folder” to navigate to or “Disable if subfolders are needed” then Click Next again.
