Hopefully this guide will help you when you run into overhead error 961. A high 961 error on your printer display indicates a problem with the SIMM memory in the video slot device 1. Open the printer and also change the SIMM storage location. Then turn on the machine. If the error remains the actual 961 message, the problem is with the available memory slot 1 port on the controller / main board.
96x error indicates an error in the memory card or the location to which the output is connected. “X” can be either 0 1, which symbolizes the first or second casino war in memory.
1. Turn off the printer.
