If you really need to save the custom dropdown to reuse it in the future, (1) Untitled – Task window (styling) tap Developer> Publish> Publish Form; (2) Enter the target directory in the Publish Form As dialog box, name the form, and click the Publish button as shown in the following screenshot:
Using Custom Dropdown Lists, go to the main Outlook interface, click Developer> Select Form to open the Select Form dialog box, and then select the form with the Purchase drop-down list and open it.
