Over the past week, some of our users have encountered error message ins5576. This problem can arise for several reasons. We’ll cover them below.
I saw that many people had the same problem. When trying to install every Palm desktop before entering the InstallShield GUI, I got the error “_INS5576._MP.exe now has an error. (Something like this) ”and the process was started. Stopped. After that, I was unable to uninstall Netscape 4.76 because another error appeared for INS0432 and the process was forced to stop.
I was wondering where the error messages are coming from. How can I start fixing the problem?
For your information, I’ve tried almost everything I could, including
(1) Close all programs
(2) Close the anti-virus program
(3) Defragment any type of hard drive
(4) Empty all folders
